Site Update:
Badagarang
Drainage work continues at Sue`s new build - with both internal and external drainage underway - carried out by the teams at @adn_excavations and @hi_performance_concreting
This one has a great story behind the design. Sue`s home is a `Type B` design, created specifically for narrow lots with dual frontage - a layout we`re seeing more of as some of the Badagarang blocks require this clever approach to make the most of the space available.
A great example of how the right design can turn a challenging block into a beautifully functional home.

We recently hosted our annual Variety charity golf day and together with our generous sponsors, donations, and a fantastic auction, the day raised an outstanding $17,173 - every dollar going directly to our Shoalhaven Bashers - supporting their fundraising for Variety’s Backyard Bash, which our owner Sean has just set out on!
