Meet Chris and Phill, G.J. Gardner’s newest franchisees. Chris McNeil is a platinum sales club member and has sold over $65 million in homes. He is a multiple award winner for G.J. Gardner Homes, on an international level. Chris values the building process as an enjoyable and interactive experience and prioritises maintaining long-term relationships through clear communication, honesty, and transparency.
Phill Vanderneut began his journey as a carpenter’s apprentice in 2018 and started his own business upon completion, working as a subcontractor for several large builders. This sparked his dream of owning a building franchise in Southeast Queensland. In 2017, he joined the G.J. Gardner Homes Noosa team as a construction supervisor, eager to improve his skills in managing the entire construction process. In 2017 and 2018, Phill received the QLD/NT Supervisor of the Year award, based on client feedback.
Chris and Phill met when they both joined the G.J. Gardner Noosa team in 2017. Over the past six years, they have formed a close friendship while building dream homes for families. Phill’s role at G.J. Gardner Homes Noosa evolved into that of Construction Manager and General Manager, overseeing over 100 home builds and participating in all aspects of the business. This experience has equipped Phill perfectly to take on the role of franchisee for G.J. Gardner Homes Brisbane Outer North.
