Local expertise with a personal touch
Jeremy and his wife Emily operate G.J. Gardner Homes Tamworth, combining their extensive local knowledge with a hands on approach to help families bring their new homes to life. After completing his apprenticeship and working through the supervision ranks, Jeremy obtained his builder’s licence and, alongside Emily, who now oversees every aspect of the business with a focus on quality, transparency, and client satisfaction.
The Tamworth team provides guidance through every stage of the home building process, from design and council approvals to construction and final handover. Whether you are considering a custom home, a house and land package, or a knockdown rebuild, their consultants work closely with clients to tailor designs, manage logistics, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Committed to the local community, the team partners with trusted tradespeople, sponsors local events and charities, and actively participates in initiatives that support families. Living locally themselves, Jeremy and Emily combine expertise, personal insight, and community spirit to create homes that reflect both lifestyle and the unique character of Tamworth.

A day full of inspiration and creativity locking in the choices for our next Display Home.
Today Em spent the day with Georgie, our incredible in-house interior designer, working through every detail that transforms a house into a home. From our luxe kitchen vision to bathrooms, flooring, colours, cabinetry and finishes, every selection plays a part in creating a space that feels cohesive and timeless.
It’s so easy to fall in love with all the beautiful options, which is why we are incredibly grateful to have Georgie by our side. She has an amazing eye for balancing textures, tones and materials, and somehow manages to rein all the ideas into one beautifully considered vision.
Each of our builds involves two sessions with Georgie ensuring that personal choices can be bounced off with a professionals’ opinion. The result - beautiful, award-winning homes that stand the test of time. @redchair_interiors
