Local expertise with a personal touch
Jeremy and his wife Emily operate G.J. Gardner Homes Tamworth, combining their extensive local knowledge with a hands on approach to help families bring their new homes to life. After completing his apprenticeship and working through the supervision ranks, Jeremy obtained his builder’s licence and, alongside Emily, who now oversees every aspect of the business with a focus on quality, transparency, and client satisfaction.
The Tamworth team provides guidance through every stage of the home building process, from design and council approvals to construction and final handover. Whether you are considering a custom home, a house and land package, or a knockdown rebuild, their consultants work closely with clients to tailor designs, manage logistics, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Committed to the local community, the team partners with trusted tradespeople, sponsors local events and charities, and actively participates in initiatives that support families. Living locally themselves, Jeremy and Emily combine expertise, personal insight, and community spirit to create homes that reflect both lifestyle and the unique character of Tamworth.

Our beautiful display home has officially found its new owner! ❤️
This home holds a special place in our hearts, being the very first home Em and Jez built together.
More than just a display home, it’s been a place where dreams have started, inspiration has been found and countless building journeys have begun. Many clients have walked in, fallen in love and replicated this very home for themselves.
We’re incredibly proud of this home and everything it represents, but all good things must come to an end!
With only a couple of months left to visit, now is your chance to walk through one last time!
And while one chapter closes, another is already taking shape… plans for our brand-new display home are well underway, and we can’t wait to share what’s coming next!
