Project kick-off for Jody & Grant`s new Millbrook design build.
The internal drainage is going in - one of those essential first steps that gets everything moving. Once this stage is complete, the team can push forward with the slab, frame, and beyond!
The Millbrook is a design with a practical layout that suits a range of blocks and lifestyles, and we`re excited to see this build progress.

A Moment With... Belinda
Meet Belinda, our Customer Care Coordinator based out of Shoalhaven. She joined the G.J. Gardner team in mid-2025 and brought over eight years` of experience from the concrete industry.
Her role? Making sure customers` homes are everything they`ve dreamed of, long after handover.
What does she love about building? The constant evolution. "There`s always something new and exciting. With the advancement of technology, the possibilities really are endless."
Belinda has lived in Cudmirrah for close to a decade with her family, plus dog Marley and cat Buzz. She grew up holidaying at Sussex Inlet since she was a child, so the whole area holds a special place in her heart.
When asked to describe herself in three words, Belinda says: caring, outgoing and loyal.
Her hero is her mum, who had a way with people and made everyone feel seen. "I think that is really important and rare in today`s society."
Having renovated their own cottage, Belinda understands the stresses that can come with building. Her aim is to help alleviate those worries and address concerns so everyone can come home to a house they love.

Move over Miranda Priestly - there`s a new Emily at G.J. Gardner Shoalhaven!
Welcoming Lauren... our newest Construction Administrator brings 17 years of home building experience to our team - spanning construction admin, spec homes, drafting and colour selections. She`s hit the ground running alongside our Senior Construction Administrator Mel, and we couldn`t be more excited to have her.
We`re so glad you`re here, Lauren.
And to our Em - the baby chickens, the TikTok moments, the pure energy you brought to this office every single day. You were, and always will be, terribly missed and we wish you well ❤️
