We are very impressed with the build and have just moved in, with everything coming together really well. The friendliness and helpfulness of the entire team, from the new home consultant and office admin staff through to the site supervisors and franchise owners, was exceptional. Their patience with our many questions, calls, meetings, and colour selections was reassuring and greatly appreciated.

Most of the trades were fantastic, welcoming us on site, answering questions, and even offering helpful suggestions to improve the build along the way. As with any build, there were a few hiccups, but these were handled promptly and always in consultation with us. One item did result in an extra cost as it wasn’t picked up at the signing stage.

While the standard selection range is fairly basic and required some upgrades to achieve our desired look, we cannot fault the friendliness and support of the team. Thank you.

We recently built our home with GJ Gardner Homes and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The whole process was seamless and efficient – our slab was poured in March and we received handover in August, which was quicker than we ever expected!

Communication throughout the build was excellent. We were always kept up to date and felt comfortable asking questions at every stage. The team paid great attention to detail, and it really shows in the finished product. On top of that, everyone we dealt with was professional, approachable, and genuinely friendly, which made the journey stress-free and enjoyable.
