Our History

In almost 40 years, G.J. Gardner Homes has expanded to be an international builder, operating in Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

Despite this astounding growth, we’re still a family business at heart, led by the same values and mission that we started with in 1983. The G.J. Way is an accumulation of 40 years of work, honing the best practice, passion and professionalism to make people’s dream homes come true amidst this ever-changing industry.

You’ll retain the entire profit margin, as our fees are incorporated into the home’s cost price, ensuring a seamless process. This system has proven highly effective, as attested by our satisfied franchise owners.
