The process of building with GJ Gardner was so much easier than I thought it would be. We were dealing with people that were friendly and caring about our situation. They were very good at their job and any changes to the plans were no problem. The workmanship is fantastic and we were able to use some local tradies which we appreciated. We nearly feel guilty as to how easy our build was.
We’ve been living in our GJ Gardner home for about a month now and it’s fantastic. Our scheduled completion date has only just passed so it finished about a month ahead. The whole team to deal with were fantastic. We were sent updates on the house weekly (or whenever there was an update) and nothing we asked for or about was too much trouble. We always thought building would be stressful, but the GJ team made the process a breeze. Big thanks to the team for our beautiful family home.
The whole process was smooth and stress free from start to finish. Quality products and quality service. Any complications were solved quickly with a friendly chat and without issue. Change of mind or ideas were easy and staff offered small changes which has made all the difference. Final cost was nearly spot on!
