We enquired with G.J. Gardner Warragul because unlike other bulk builders, they had north-facing house designs… We’re building in Cape Paterson, which requires a 7.5 star sustainable house design. The Warragul team has an excellent understanding of the building requirements of a 7.5+ plus star home… They were quick to respond and got to work altering house designs to suit… Kylie is fantastic and knowledgeable; she went to great lengths to help us create the perfect home layout, and the drafting team was efficient. We made alterations to the plans which was never a hassle, and ended up with a fantastic 7.7 star custom home. Tia has been brilliant managing and navigating the design review panel at The Cape, which helped get our house design ticked off with minimal changes… We’re now at the point where our slab is getting poured. We’re so grateful to the entire team at G.J. Gardner Warragul for managing our job with the utmost professionalism.
