We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new home built by the Shepparton G.J. Gardner team. From our first contact, we knew we had chosen the right people to build. From meeting at our block with all the info and plans that would work with our block to the contract to color selections and then the build itself was all seamless. Sharri is a dynamo that gets things done. Chris is in the background sorting all the things and our supervisor Tim was fantastic with communication. Thanks so much for getting us in for my big birthday. All our visitors so far absolutely love our new home as much as we do.

The house plan was modified from one of their standards and has delighted me in how it meets my requirements. They have very good procedures for all components of the build and managed them excellently. This is the 6th new build I have contracted and this is by far the best built of them all. The final cost was as contracted initially plus extras that I was satisfied with the pricing during the build. – Kevin
