Meet Lachie, our General Manager here at G.J. Gardner Homes Melbourne Inner North West.
Lachie’s usually one of the first in, starting his day early to get on top of things before the rest of the team rolls in. From there, it’s a mix of meetings, problem solving, and making sure everything is running smoothly across the board.
Outside of work, Lachie’s always on the go. Whether it’s the gym, a run, cooking, hiking, riding his bike or heading to gigs, he keeps himself busy (and admits he probably spends a bit too much at concerts).
And if he could add one thing to his dream home? A brick wood-fire pizza oven out the back, inspired by one he’s never forgotten.
But for Lachie, it all comes back to the team.

The frame is going up on this knockdown rebuild, and it’s one of those exciting stages where everything starts to feel real. After the old home made way, this new structure is beginning to rise, giving our clients their first glimpse of what’s to come.
