G.J. Gardner Homes Ipswich are a local builder that specialise in high quality, customised homes across the greater Ipswich region. Backed by decades of experience within the G.J. Gardner Homes network, our team is focused on making the home building journey clear, supportive and stress free, with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship, transparency and customer service.
We offer a wide range of flexible home designs that can be customised to suit your lifestyle, land and budget, as well as the option to create a fully bespoke home. Our team can also assist with sourcing land and coordinating key site requirements, including soil testing and flood and bushfire assessments, to help ensure a smooth planning process.
Led by local owner Jonathan Collins, our Ipswich team brings strong local knowledge and hands on experience working with council and local regulations. We proudly build across Ipswich and surrounding suburbs including Bundamba, Raceview, Flinders View and nearby communities, supporting families building first homes, upgrades, knockdown rebuilds and dual living solutions.
