The Albury team provides expert guidance through every stage of the building process, including design selection, land sourcing, council approvals, and personalised support, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Serving the wider Albury region, including Thurgoona, Mulwala, Hilltops Estate, Murray Park, Tocumwal, and surrounding towns, the team brings deep local knowledge to every project.

At G.J. Gardner Homes Albury, we believe building is about more than just bricks, mortar and beautiful homes it’s about building a stronger future for the community we call home.
This September, we’re proud to support Local Giving Month and help grow Border Trust’s Community Impact Fund, creating a lasting foundation to support local not-for-profits, community groups and organisations for generations to come.
Throughout September, G.J. Gardner Homes Albury will donate $250 for every slab we pour.
The goal? To build a $20 million Community Impact Fund by 2030, creating long-term opportunities to support our Border region today, tomorrow and forever.
Because what’s raised here, stays here. And there’s nothing we love more than pouring back into our community, one slab at a time.
So this September, while we’re building foundations for homes, we’re also helping build a lasting foundation for our community.
