Building with G.J. in Albury was one of the best decisions we have ever made. After leaving the city without a strong idea what we wanted in a home, this franchise and especially our sales consultant Shona helped us through the process (and a few draft concepts) before ultimately coming to the table with the perfect home design for us. This is a franchise that will listen to your needs and work with you as best as they can, without trying to gouge you or upsell you outrageously. Our build took an astounding mere 5 months from slab to completion … and while that could make some concerned about sloppy work, I can say that the quality of the build is excellent and attention to detail exceptional. Our site manager Simon kept us updated at every stage of the build with a great deal of patience and kindness, and has even assisted us post handover with a few minor teething issues.

This is the 2nd home we have Built with GJ Albury, the 1st time was an enjoyable experience and this time around was no different, in fact it was better as this was our personal home, the honesty these guys give us is fantastic, the quality has care all over it, we couldn’t be happier with the end result and we do highly recommend the Albury Team, the colour process was expertly handled with Sherrie and our supervisor Simon was great, always approachable and came back to us straight away with any questions we had, and there was a few, the girls in admin Sam and Madeline we always very helpful if we got stuck on something, thanks a lot team, very happy.
