Building our dream house has been exciting for us, but finding a reliable builder was not as easy. We are very pleased that we chose G.J. Gardner. They took full responsibility and worked to our contract in both cost and time. Dave Graham, Paul Skinner and Julie Holst was easy to communicate with and their workmanship was exceptional. They were very easy to contact, responsive, and kept us informed all throughout the build. Of course, there were challenges along the way but they were able to handle the challenges and our specific requests effectively.

I can honestly say that we were thrilled with the result. If we were to build again, we would not look at another builder.

I decided to build a new home, so from my childhood, I remembered G.J. Gardner. I went to their display home at Aura. My journey started then, when I met Annette Jones. She made me feel very welcome and showed tremendous interest in what I was doing. After many visits to speak to Annette, I decided on a house design, and from there, with guidance from the Gardner team, I am about to sign my contract. I am truly grateful to Annette for her help, guidance, and patience with me; without her, I would have been lost. I can’t recommend Annette high enough.
