We did our research and found G.J. Gardner to be the standout. So glad we went with them. The front of house staff (Sales and Admin) and building contractors are tradecraft professionals who have answered all of my silly questions and been generous with their time to help me get my head around the intricacies of our build. We are now about halfway through our new build, the Site Supervisor has been great – professional and responsive… G.J. also welcomed our independent inspector, who, for his first inspection (roof on and walls in) rated the build as excellent. We are very happy with everything that GJ has done for us, from the clean site (no builders’ rubbish laying around) to the online customer portal where we can access every document (plan, approval, and variation).
