House & Land Packages in Sydney

We have recently got the keys to our beautiful new G.J. Gardner Home, and we couldn’t be happier! As first-time home builders we were a bit anxious about the whole procedure however our anxiety, for the most part, was speculative. From the very first day we dealt with Evelyn, Daniel and Stephanie at G.J. Gardner that were always so helpful, professional and always available for our many questions. In particular we would like to mention our amazing Construction Site Supervisor Daniel Larkin, our Coordinator Stephanie Fahy. Everyone at GJ was fantastic! Daniel and Evelyn who were always available for us and continually and helped when we had questions and requests. Their knowledge and building understanding are fantastic and customer service and care is great!

We built our new family home with G.J. Gardner Macarthur, our first time building. We were very “green” but Evelyn and her team helped us through the process every step of the way. Each step of the pre-construction process from day 1 we were supported by Evelyn and Stephanie, who assisted us to chose and tweak a design that met our brief and budget. When we had any questions, Evelyn and Stephanie would reply within hours – amazing customer service! They were happy to source anything beyond their usual selections as an upgrade. The house was built within the time frame given, levelling block to handover as just under 7 months, which includes the Christmas shutdown. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship. We now have been in our home for just over 12 months, and I waited to do this review incase things popped up, but we are still so incredibly happy we chose G.J. Gardner Macarthur. We love our home but if we chose to build again, we would choose GJG.
