Home Builders in Sydney West (Penrith)

We had such a wonderful experience with our builder. From start to midway now, they were incredibly accommodating, patient, and supportive every step of the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, they took the time to answer our questions, guide us through the process, and sure our very particular needs were meet!

Their communication was clear and consistent, and they genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with every detail. I found picking a builder very stressful but their professionalism and kindness made the entire journey so much easier. We’re absolutely thrilled with the result so far. Shout out to Dave, Charmaine, Alex, Monica and the colour team!

Could not fault our experience with G.J. Gardner Sydney West. From the initial stages supported by Chelsi- who answered all questions with patience, ensuring we understood every step of the process. The support from both admin and design teams to the build overseen by Peter and all the external providers- ensuring quality workmanship throughout. Our post build inspection yielded a superficial list of items to be fixed, which was sorted promptly. Our house is everything we could have asked for 🙂

Our experience during our entire build was great communication from all staff no matter what stage of the build we were at and any questions or concerns were answered quickly and fairly. PCI was very thorough. We also had our own private inspector during our build and items picked up were minor and fixed before handover.

During the year we’ve lived here we’ve had some pretty extreme weather of heat, rain, wind and storms and found no issues with our home. Inside is comfortable and all that extra insulation and double glazing makes our home cooler in summer and warmer in winter – something we never had with our old house. I feel we finally have a home.

We were so nervous finding a builder and handing over so much money, as back in 2023 Builders were going backrupt often, but we had a lot of trust in G.J. Gardner Sydney West Penrith and they came through for us. We’ve recommended G.J. Penrith to a friend who also built with them and got their keys last month.
