We recently built our new home in Young, NSW with G.J. Gardner (Goulburn/Yass/Young), and now that we’ve settled in and are approaching the end of our defect period, I feel comfortable sharing a balanced and genuine review of our experience.

Once the build began, we worked closely with Simon and Sean, and both were fantastic from start to finish. They communicated clearly, were always approachable, and consistently made sure we understood what was happening throughout the build.

Like any new home build, we did encounter some workmanship issues from various trades. While these were disappointing at times, particularly given the value of the build, the key point for us is that once raised, the team acted promptly and professionally to address them.

Because of their ongoing support, great customer service, and the care shown throughout the project, we feel comfortable giving a 5-star review.

Stand outs for sure! Home was built ahead of schedule and to a high standard, this was without a doubt related to the exceptional work of our site supervisor Sean, an absolute credit to G.J. Gardner Homes Goulburn/Yass office! We appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness of the builder, Simon.
