Don’t compare your apples with oranges

If this is your first time building a new home, you’ve no doubt found yourself on a steep learning curve. You’ll be feeling like you’ve asked a thousand questions and still have a thousand more to come. But one question you should never fail to ask is what’s covered in inclusions.
Not all inclusions are created equal. There’s standard inclusions, non-standard inclusions, optional inclusions and premium inclusions. And everything in between. Inclusions will vary greatly from builder to builder, design to design, so it’s important to know exactly what’s in your inclusion package or you could find yourself caught out. Inclusions that you might consider ‘a given’, may be classed as optional extras by the builder you’re dealing with.
So it pays to take the time to study your inclusions package and make sure you’re comparing apples with apples.
At G.J. Gardner our standard list of inclusions has everything you need to make your new house a comfortable, cost-effective family home. We even include things you won’t find offered by your average builder - such as our interior colour and design service.
And because G.J. Gardner Homes offers personal customisation of all our designs, you can request inclusion of almost any feature your heart desires. Simply pose the question and our builders will do all they can to make it happen.
To make it easier for you to compare your apples, we’ve included a list of inclusions with each home design on our website - but remember, if there’s something you want that’s not on the list, all you have to do is ask. Simply click on the button or call and speak to the builder direct.
