The Grafton office is owned and operated by father and son team, Neil and Rick Fischer, who joined the group in November 2006.
Neil, born in Maclean, has built in the Clarence Valley for 44 years and is from a long line of builders – himself a fourth generation builder in the Fischer family. Neil started his apprenticeship with his father Eddie in 1964, and continued to grow his own business.
Rick followed his father’s footsteps, the fifth generation builder, doing his apprenticeship with Neil. Rick ran his own carpentry contactor business before taking on the supervisor position for G.J. Gardner Homes Grafton in 2004, he then took on the opportunity to own the business with Neil.

The Grafton office services clients throughout the Clarence Valley Council from Iluka to Glenreagh and surrounding areas –Yamba, Maclean, Gulmarrad, Coutts Crossing and Copmanhurst.
