At the NSW Annual Housing Industry Association Awards last Saturday night, G.J.Gardner Homes Coffs Harbour were successful in winning the prestigious award, the 2009 Project Home of the Year.
“We were extremely excited about our win” said Jayne Moran of G.J. Gardner Homes Coffs Harbour. “We were successful with many of the local area awards which we were proud of but this award was open to competitors by every builder in New South Wales. We are keen to compete for the Housing Industry Association awards both locally and at a State and National level because this gives us a benchmark of our performance” Jayne said.
